My action-oriented approach to clinical counselling and life coaching will help you take decisive and transformational steps that create positive, healthy, balanced, and rewarding lives. I am passionate about supporting clients recover from emotional and mental health issues.

The clinical counselling process will help you examine, question, and transform unhelpful beliefs, assumptions, and negative self-talk (“the inner critic”) into strengths-based solutions in your life. My clients reflect deeply on themselves in a respectful, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I support my clients in taking decisive and transformational steps to create positive, healthy, balanced, and rewarding lives.

Recently I added culture-centred Disaster Mental Health Counselling (C-DMHC) services to my practice to support clients recovering from the mental health impacts of pandemic stress and COVID-19 recovery.

I am a certified professional life coach (International Coaching Federation) applying workplace mental health perspectives evolving from real-world experience as a product and innovation manager in Big Tech (Microsoft, Mozilla), banking (TD Bank), telecom (Bell Canada), and digital media (The Globe and Mail) sectors.
