I am Kevin, an action-oriented approach to counselling and life coaching will help you take decisive and transformational steps that create positive, healthy, balanced, and rewarding lives. I am passionate about supporting clients recover from emotional and mental health issues. I bring tools from Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and Person-Centre approaches to my work with clients. I also bring experience and expertise in clinical psychology and trauma recovery to my work.
The counselling process will help you explore, question, and revise unhelpful beliefs, assumptions, and negative self-talk (“the inner critic”). I will help you reflect deeply on yourself and your life in a respectful, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I believe each of us is whole, creative, self-guiding, and meaning-making. All people have unique strengths and gifts that we draw upon to create a life of meaning. I will help you explore these strengths and gifts to help you find your path to your full potential.
